On behalf of the CSA Team we welcome you to our web site. The CSA Team is extremely proud of what we have accomplished since our inception in 2005 and hopefully you can sense that in how we communicate and most importantly, how we do the job for which we are hired.
The objective for this web site is quite simple. We want you to feel as if you are having a conversation with us and to help you select a cost segregation study provider. It is our hope that this site can serve as a due diligence tool to “check us out” and to help you in this selection process.
We welcome the opportunity to help you understand who we are, how we do business and our firm’s core values. Most important, we hope to illustrate the quality of our service, our people, our process and our attention to detail. We strive to assure that each of our clients receives the greatest value possible by doing business with CSA.
You will notice a difference when comparing our communication to other providers. We are not going to fill up our web site with “stuff” that is confusing and meant to create the illusion the provider is bigger and smarter than they really are. In our opinion, this is our “Bible” and our process has been designed to consistently follow the “13 principles” outlined in this IRS Audit Guide.
We are not the “low cost provider” of cost segregation studies and we have no intention of shortcutting our process to become one. We take great pride in what we do, we treat our clients fairly and deliver a quality study. One of our guiding principles is formed by a simple question we ask of ourselves when making decisions. “At the end of the day, if you went home and told your mother what you did, what would she say?”
