Travis Mlodzik, Construction Engineer

Travis joined the CSA team in 2007 after working in the construction field for 5 plus years. Travis has helped with the design and implementation of CSA’s proprietary software package that is used for pricing building components, and implementing take-off software to ensure accuracy in the Cost Segregation Studies. Travis utilizes his knowledge of construction principals and practices in order to maximize each client’s benefits of doing a Cost Segregation Study.

Prior to CSA, Travis was a residential framer and project manager for a plumbing and heating company, and an estimator for a custom home builder. Travis has a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Minnesota Twin-Cities in Construction Management. Away from the office, Travis enjoys spending time with his wife Tiffany and daughter Adelaide, hunting, fishing and golfing.
