John was raised in Hibbing, Minnesota·and holds an Economics Degree from the University of Minnesota. As a Director with the Dayton Hudson Corporation, he provided·real estate management support for all its operating companies.· John performed land studies and real estate acquisition for Target Stores, Hudson's Department Stores, John Brown Department Stores, and shopping centers throughout the United·States.

In addition, John worked with·Duncan·Properties, in Oklahoma City, was Sr. VP of Commercial Real Estate and part owner of·Robert Boblett Associates in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and for the past twenty years, CEO and President of New·City Commercial Properties, Inc.
