Lauren Osgood, Office Manager

She joined the CSA team in 2008 after working in customer service for over six years. Lauren manages the administrative office for CSA and utilizes her background and knowledge of customer service to help the CSA team serve clients effectively. She is the point of connection that keeps the different areas of CSA functioning smoothly, so that every project is completed as requested, and gets done as efficiently as possible. Her responsibilities include information management, customer service process management, accounts payable, presentation development and scheduling of site visits.

Prior to CSA, Lauren worked in the accounts receivable payable area of a Minnesota based magazine company. Before that she managed a Minneapolis restaurant.
