
Tom has more than 30 years of sales and sales management experience. He has a strong background building relationships with both customers and suppliers. It is this experience that allows Tom to understand the challenges that today’s business owner faces.
Prior to joining CSA, Tom led the sales force for a regional sign company. Past roles include participation on the management team for a company that went from an employee stock ownership plan to a leveraged buyout, to a sale to a publicly held company, all within a 3 year period. During that time, Tom helped to stabilize the firm’s sales activity and keep employees focused on development and growth. Following that adventure, Tom purchased and ran a custom sign manufacturing company for 9 years, managing sales as well as operational oversight activities.
