Robert Lehmann, Partner and Senior Vice President of Sales

Bob is an accomplished and versatile entrepreneur and executive sales leader, building relationships and developing sales channels for companies – most recently including Cost Seg Associates. He understands the pressures and needs of small business owners. Bob’s current role provides him the opportunity to build solutions for building owners who are looking for ways to extend cash flow.

Prior to CSA, Bob worked with national energy firms to raise capital from private investors, establish sales channels and manage a sales force of consulting engineers. In this work, he created customer account teams for energy service technical resources including communication and customer satisfaction.

Bob was President of Certified Technologies, a Minneapolis company that manufactured stainless steel filters for the trucking industry. He provided marketing and strategic planning leadership, including establishment of distribution in Canada. Bob was also founder of Asset Resolution Services, an asset management company, specializing in problem assets ranging from investments in real estate to investments in companies.

Bob’s background is in real estate law, having served as Federal Trustee for the Minnesota Bankruptcy Court, General Counsel of Burnett Title, General Counsel of Pacific Realty Corporation, Escrow Counsel of Chicago Title Insurance and Assistant General Counsel of State Bond and Mortgage Company.
